Rental Hall Prices

The prices are listed below includes tables, chairs and a mobile bar. You are free to bring in your own food, music, and drinks (alcohol included).

We require a $300 security deposit for ALL rentals to secure your date.

Standard Rental Rate (6-Hour Rental)

Sunday - Friday $ 750.00
Saturday - $950.00
Add'l Hours - $125.00

Premium Rental Rate (12-Hour Rental)

Sunday - Friday $1500.00
Saturday - $1900.00
Add'l Hours - $200.00

Hourly Rental Rate (3- hour minimum)

Sunday - Saturday $175.00

***ALL time blocks must include the Setup & Cleanup time***

Hourly Rate

Prices are flexible based on event type (excludes premium or holiday). Hourly rental fees can be billed with a three (3) hour minimum at $175 per hour {this time must include your setup & cleanup time}
